My recent stay at Hotel Bären Amriswil was a mixed experience. the staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities including a desk and a flat-screen TV. the continental breakfast offered a nice start to the day. However, the check-in process was less than ideal, with a lack of communication leading to a late and unsettling arrival. the suite we were offered had some issues, including a non-functioning shower and only one bathroom for our group. This made getting ready for a wedding quite challenging. On the bright side, the hotel's location is convenient, with free private parking available. the garden and terrace added a pleasant touch to the property. Although the restaurant served excellent food, the overall experience was marred by the check-in mishap. In conclusion, while Hotel Bären Amriswil has its positives, such as its amenities and helpful staff, the lack of organization during our stay left much to be desired. I would recommend improvements in communication and room maintenance for a more enjoyable guest experience.
